Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Times

• Express: same-day in metro areas, next-day nationwide.
• Standard: 2–5 business days domestically.
• International: 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs.
• Freight: quoted per route and mode (road, sea, air).

Tracking & Notifications

Every shipment receives a unique tracking code (e.g. SRE-8F4K2M9QTX). Each checkpoint scan appears on the live tracking page with the time, location and reason for the status, and the receiver is notified by email at every status change.

Delivery Attempts

We make up to three delivery attempts. After a failed attempt we leave notice and email the receiver to arrange redelivery or pickup from the nearest depot. Shipments unclaimed after 10 days may be returned to the sender.

Customs

For international shipments, the receiver is responsible for import duties and taxes unless the sender selected Delivered Duty Paid. Our team assists with documentation to keep clearance fast.
